Who Should Attend

This course is for persons who will prepare greenhouse gas emissions inventories, design and implement greenhouse gas emissions reduction and removal projects, and verify greenhouse gas emissions reports. This course is based upon the WBCSD/WRI Greenhouse Gas Protocol and the U.S. Department of Energy's Office of Energy Information voluntary (1605b) reporting program. Participants will learn how to:

  • Prepare a greenhouse gas inventory
  • Establish emissions objectives
  • Select projects for greenhouse gas reduction/removal
  • Manage the program
  • Validate and verify results
