Who Should Attend

This course is for telecommunications managers and professionals in manufacturing, design, software development, service delivery, and quality assurance. A background in ISO 9001 quality management systems is recommended but not required. This course is based on the new ISO 9001:2000.

Prior to the seminar, participants may wish to obtain and review copies of the QuEST Forum’s Book One: TL 9000 Quality System Requirements, release 2.5, and Book Two: TL 9000 Quality System Metrics, release 2.5. (These books are available for purchase at the Futurepast website, www.futurepast.com.)
