About Mark |
Mark Kempf is an expert in TL 9000 quality management systems with twenty years telecommunications experience. Mark is a TL 9000 qualified auditor who was responsible for developing and delivering all TL 9000 awareness training to Nortel Networks manufacturing and engineering sites throughout the United States. Mr. Kempf's book on interpreting the TL 9000 "adders" to ISO 9001, The TL 9000 Guide for Auditors, was published in June 2001 by the American Society for Quality Press. He also works as a TL 9000 auditor for a leading U.S. registrar. Mr. Kempf is a member of the American Society for Quality, and chair of its Certified Quality Auditor Examination Committee. |
